Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the RAEME Association New South Wales Incorporated is to be held at the Ingleburn RSL Club, 70 Chester Road Ingleburn on 15 February 2025. The meeting will commence at 10.30am with the club opening at 10.00am.

All committee positions will be declared vacant. Nominations for the vacant positions are to be submitted to the Secretary by 25 January 2025 in accordance with paragraph 16 of the Constitution which can be obtained via https://nsw.raeme.org.au/index.php/about-us/constitution
Any notices requiring a special resolution are to be submitted to the Secretary NLT 25 January 2025.
